1. ALH Building Systems warrants that its products are free from all defects in workmanship and materials.  ALH Building Systems extends a 30-year limited warranty to the original buyer of the structure in which the products are used or incorporated, and to each transferee buyer of the structure during the 30-year term of the warranty.

2. In the event of a defect or other failure of the Products not caused by any misuse, carelessness, damage, or failure of another component of the structure, ALH will remedy the defect or failure, without charge to the homeowner, by repair or replacement of the Product at ALH's option.

3. The term of this warranty begins on the date of the original buyers purchase, and continues for a period of thirty (30) years.

4. To obtain performance of any obligation under this warranty, the registered owner should contact ALH Building Systems, P.O. Box 408, Markle, Indiana 46770. Attention Warranty Department.

5. This warranty is being offered to supplement standard homeowner's insurance and warranty policies, if any.  Except as specifically provided herein, ALH shall have no liability or obligation with respect to the Products and Damages, direct, incidental or consequential to other areas of the structure and/or to persons, all of which are expressly excluded.
